Engineering Process

From initial sketches to full 3D CAD modelling and prototyping, our team worked closely with field experts and the client’s internal R&D division to ensure every component met required specifications. The product was rapidly iterated using in-house 3D printing and simulation-tested for pressure resilience, thermal behaviour, and stress durability. Final prototypes were delivered for field testing within 6 weeks.

Outcome

This tactical scuba mask is now undergoing operational field use across select marine units.
