Engineering Process

We developed the CAD design using parametric modelling, focusing on collapsibility, lid-to-body tolerance, and hinge-fold behaviour of the silicone walls. The design was stress-tested using soft-body simulations to assess wear over time and seal integrity.
Prototypes were fabricated using vacuum casting and silicone moulding techniques to simulate mass production conditions, with multiple iterations reviewed for ergonomics, leak prevention, and tactile usability.

Outcome

The final product is now ready for market release and is being introduced through eco-conscious retail channels across North America and Europe.
