Rendering & Visualization Process

We developed a fully parametric 3D model in SolidWorks and Fusion 360, refined with multiple iterations for surface flow, curvature continuity, and component placement. Final renders were produced using Key Shot and Blender, simulating real-world lighting and automotive cabin environments to highlight:

• Mounting perspectives (interior windshield, dash surface)

• Material/texture variations

• Branding/logo placement previews

• Exploded views showing lens, board, and shell assemblies
