n collaboration with a foreign technology client, we developed a custom Ethernet module built for integration into a high-performance embedded system. The client required a solution that was compact, robust, and optimized for industrial-grade data transmission, capable of withstanding real-world environmental stressors while maintaining seamless connectivity.

Engineered with built-in electromagnetic interference shielding for uninterrupted transmission, especially in high-noise industrial and medical environments.

Passive heat dissipation mechanisms and low-power IC selection to maintain stable operation in enclosed devices or warm climates.

Provision for firmware-level tweaks to allow flexible IP assignment, security protocols, or integration with the client's proprietary OS and device firmware.

Standard RJ45 port and low-profile header support made the module easy to install and interface with existing infrastructure.
We began with a detailed technical requirement study, followed by rapid prototyping, schematic design, PCB layout, and testing. Our team used signal integrity simulations and EMC testing to validate performance across multiple use cases. The final module was subjected to thermal, vibration, and durability tests to ensure long-term reliability — meeting both ISO standards and the client’s internal QA benchmarks.
The final product is now deployed in the client’s embedded computing devices across Europe and Asia, supporting real-time data transmission in critical applications such as network monitoring, medical instrumentation, and industrial automation.
