Engineering Process

The rack was developed through an iterative CAD modelling and simulation process, focusing on weight-bearing analysis, wall stress distribution, and ergonomic ease-of-use. Material and geometry were chosen for cost-effective manufacturing using CNC bending and MIG welding, ensuring a durable product with a refined finish.
The final prototype underwent field testing in varied environments to validate stability, corrosion resistance, and user convenience.
